Matthew A. Grawe received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering with highest honors and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering in from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, IL USA, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He was awarded 1st place prizes at the NSF-sponsored Coupling, Energetics, and Dynamics of Atmospheric Regions (CEDAR) workshops taking place in 2015 and 2017, respectively. His research interests lie in utilizing remote sensing techniques to understand geological and atmospheric phenomena.
